What is the address?
The address is 1000 Montage Mountain Road, Scranton, PA 18507.
What happens if there is inclement weather?
All shows will go on rain or shine. However, in the event of severe weather, fans are notified via the social media page.
An event may be delayed, postponed, or canceled depending on the severity of the weather expected.
Is there re-entry?
Re-Entry is not permitted at The Pavilion at Montage. Please ensure that everything you will need for the event is brought in with you. If you do leave at any point in the evening; you will not be allowed back in without a new ticket.
Where do I enter the venue?
There are a total of 2 entrance gates to the facility. North and South Plaza Gates are available for use regardless of the ticket type. There are 1 Fast Lane gates located at the North and South Plaza Gates. You must have your Fast Lane pass to utilize this gate. The VIP Club has a separate entry gate located at the South Plaza Gate. All guests using this gate must be VIP clients and have the appropriate ticket.
Are there lawn chairs available?
Lawn chairs are available for rent for $10.00 per chair and must be turned in at the end of the event.
Is the venue accessibility-friendly?
The Pavilion At Montage strives to ensure that all guests have a great time at the venue. If you need additional assistance while you are here, please contact 570-343-1800.
Is there hearing assistance?
If you will need an interpreter for an event, please contact the venue at least 2 weeks notice. There is no charge for interpreter services. Please call 570-343-1800 to arrange for an interpreter for your visit.
Are service dogs allowed?
They are permitted inside the venue during events. Only registered working animals are permitted.
Where can I find Lost & Found?
If you lose an item while you are at an event, you can visit the Guest Service Window located in the South Plaza to see if it has been turned in.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is allowed except for under the pavilion tent. While the venue does not restrict smoking on the lawn, if guests around you are complaining, they may ask you to smoke in the plazas.
Is taping allowed?
Some shows do allow audio recording so please contact the venue prior to the event you are attending to confirm if this will be allowed.
Are umbrellas allowed?
Umbrellas are not permitted in the venue.
Do you have an ATM on site?
They have multiple ATM’s on site- 2 near the security office in the South Plaza, and 2 in the North Plaza.
What is the alcohol policy?
The Pavilion At Montage offers a wide variety of alcoholic beverages for purchase during your time at the venue. You are not permitted to bring any alcoholic beverages into the venue. A valid and current Driver License or State ID card is required to purchase alcohol, guests will be required to show ID every time they purchase.
Are animals allowed in the venue?
Service animals are permitted inside the venue during events. Only registered working animals are permitted.
Will my bag be searched?
All bags are subject to search upon entry. Guests have the right to refuse a bag search and the venue has the right to refuse entry. If you have any items that are not allowed into the venue, please return them to your vehicle.
Is camping / overnight parking allowed?
The venue does not allow camping or overnight parking of any kind.
Is there an age limit for entry?
All of the events are all ages. Children 2 and under do not require a ticket, but must sit on a parent’s lap.
What are the food options?
The Pavilion At Montage offers a wide variety of concession options through the venue. This includes cheeseburgers, hot dogs, nachos, pretzels, candy, popcorn, fountain soda, water, and Red Bull.
Concessions are located throughout the venue.
Does the venue accept credit / debit?
All main concession stands take Visa / MasterCard / Discover and American Express. Smaller stands and portable concessions may be cash only.
